Terms and Conditions

Valet Parking fee is $39 per night. Credit/Debit cards are authorized for room and tax +$250 incidental authorization at time of check in. If using a debit card it could take up to 5-10 business days for funds to be accessible after release by the hotel upon check out. This hotel does not accept cash. This hotel allows pets for a $75 non-refundable pet fee per night with $300 maximum per stay. Violations of this policy or damage caused by pets will result in additional fees based on the severity of the damage. This is a Non-Smoking property, including all rooms, hallways, public areas, and balconies. This includes vapes of any kind. Violations of this smoking policy will result in a $500 cleaning fee. Owned and operated by SAI RAM 009 LLC hotel assumes no responsibility for loss of money, jewelry, or other valuables. The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of any items left in rooms or cars. If this reservation is to be billed to a third party, the signer agrees that their liability for this bill is not waived and agrees to be held personally liable in the event that the third party fails to pay for any part or the full amount of these charges.
