Payments

Motif on Music Row accepts all major credit cards. Cash and check are not accepted. A valid credit card and government issues ID are required to check in.

Incidental Authorization

Credit/Debit cards are authorized for an additional $250 incidental authorization at time of check in. If using a debit card it could take up to 5-10 business days for funds to be accessible after release by the hotel upon check out.

Check in age

At least one guest must be 21 years or older to check in to a suite at Motif on Music Row.

Parking

Valet parking available onsite for $39/night. Self park is not available onsite. Limited street and surface parking options are located nearby.

Transportation to Broadway

Motif on Music Row is located about 1.5 miles from Broadway.  Uber, Lyft, Taxi, and Scooter rentals are readily available in our area. The route is also walkable if you’re looking to take a stroll.

Transportation to BNA Airport

Motif on Music Row is located 8 miles from BNA, Nashville International Airport.  Shuttle service is not provided.  Uber, Lyft, and Taxis are readily available in our area.

Pool Hours

8:00am- 10:00pm Daily. Private cabana rental is available, see the front desk for details. No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk.  Food and beverages are allowed in the pool area and the lounge but not in the water.  No glass containers allowed. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No pets in the pool area. Pool is for registered hotel guests only.

Fitness Center Hours

5:00am- midnight. Yoga Mats, Spin Bikes, Free Weights, Treadmills, Stair Climber, and Ellipticals are available.

Wifi

We are proud to offer free wifi in all guest rooms and public areas of the hotel.

Pets

This hotel allows pets for a $75 non-refundable pet fee per night with $300 maximum per stay. Violations of this policy or damage caused by pets will result in additional fees based on the severity of the damage. We are happy to offer a fenced in area for our furry guests to stretch their legs.  You may access this area the first floor stairwell.  Please ask our front desk team for directions.

Breakfast

Motif on Music Row does not have a restaurant onsite at this time.  We have a partnership with Momento Coffee to offer specialty coffee and pastries from our lobby on most weekends.  During the week we suggest visiting The Well or High Point Coffee, pick up a discount card at our hotel front desk!

In Suite Kitchens

Each of our suites offers a fully furnished kitchen.  Fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, cookware, silverware, and glasses are provided.

Laundry

Each suite has a washer and dryer. Laundry baskets, detergent, and fabric softener are available at the front desk.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping service is provided every three days, or upon request.  Please call our front desk if you need your towels, toiletries, coffee, or other amenities to be replenished. There is no additional charge for standard housekeeping service.

Smoking

This is a Non-Smoking property, including all rooms, hallways, public areas, and balconies. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and vapes of any kind. Violations of this smoking policy will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

Cancelations

The cancellation policy for standard reservations is 48 hours.  Reservations canceled more than 48 hours prior to arrival will not be penalized.  Reservations canceled within 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged for the first night’s room and tax. No Show reservations will be charged for the first night’s room and tax.  Advance Purchase reservations require a 100% deposit at the time of booking and are completely non-refundable.
