Terms and Conditions

The cancellation policy for standard reservations is 48 hours.  Reservations canceled more than 48 hours prior to arrival will not be penalized.  Reservations canceled within 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged for the first night’s room and tax. No Show reservations will be charged for the first night’s room and tax.  Advance Purchase reservations require a 100% deposit at the time of booking and are completely non-refundable.

All reservations will be charged for the first night’s room and tax within 48 hours of arrival.  Additional nights of the stay will be charged upon check in. If you wish to switch the credit card on your reservation, or split payment, please inform the agent upon check in.

Credit/Debit cards are authorized for an additional $250 incidental authorization at time of check in. If using a debit card it could take up to 5-10 business days for funds to be accessible after release by the hotel upon check out. 

Valet Parking fee is $39 per night for standard size vehicles.  Garage height is 6’ 5”, oversize vehicles can’t be accommodated. Street parking and paid surface lots are available surrounding the hotel. Motif on Music Row and Metropolis assume no responsibility for vehicles parked outside of the hotel garage.

All major credit cards are accepted.  This hotel does not accept cash or personal checks. 

This hotel allows pets for a $75 non-refundable pet fee per night with $300 maximum per stay. Violations of this policy or damage caused by pets will result in additional fees based on the severity of the damage. 

This is a Non-Smoking property, including all rooms, hallways, public areas, and balconies. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and vapes of any kind. Violations of this smoking policy will result in a $500 cleaning fee. 

Owned and operated by SAI RAM 009 LLC hotel assumes no responsibility for loss of money, jewelry, or other valuables. The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of any items left in rooms or cars. If this reservation is to be billed to a third party, the signer agrees that their liability for this bill is not waived and agrees to be held personally liable in the event that the third party fails to pay for any part or the full amount of these charges.
